Our mission is to offer a model for school lunch menus serving healthy, nutritious food designed to spark interest while using environmentally friendly practices.
Daily, we prepare nutritious meals on site from scratch, using only fresh, wholesome ingredients, without any unhealthy food additives, such as preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colorings. We offer students the opportunity to experience, enjoy, and learn how to make the right nutritional choice that will remain and benefit them for a lifetime. We accomplish our mission by partnering with schools and the local community.
